‘Ard Carden’, nestling quietly on a hillside in Glen Urquhart is a beautiful place to return to after a days sight seeing in the Highlands, it’s hopefully got all the comforts of home & more!

The two bedroom lodge has a twin at the rear of the lodge looking into woodland & the double, at the front of the lodge with its own balcony with those views up the glen again! The thick mattresses on the beds ensure a comfortable nights sleep, with crisp linen sheets & goose down quilts you’ll struggle to get up in the mornings!

There are two bathrooms in the lodge one with a wonderful power shower, w/c & wash had basin, marbled floor tiles with underfloor heating & heated towel rail, the other with a luxury spa bath, w/c & wash hand basin, again with marbled tiles & underfloor heating. The open plan living area with deep comfortable settee & easy chairs has warmth & atmosphere. There is a log burner in the corner for those cooler nights, colour TV with freeview, DVD player, & CD/Radio.

There’s a lovely dinning table with comfortable chairs for four & a beautifully fitted kitchen, with dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave & every other utensil you’ll need. There’s a fine selection of stainless steel saucepans, lovely cutlery & a beautiful bone china dinner set. The separate utility room houses a washing/drying machine. Everything is included in the price, electric, oil, (for downstairs underfloor heating), towels & a basket full of logs for the fire!
